Spring has sprung

A rufous whistler comes to visit

Even a brief walk around the Habitat reveals that spring is on its way. Lots of flowers are in bloom. Also the birds appear to be more active  – though this could be a result of the recent rains of course; I’m no expert.

I was treated to a nice sight today as a very pretty rufous whistler came to visit near the back verandah of the visitor centre.

Sitting quietly and simply carefully looking around has its rewards.
